Check Out A Sample Camp
This is an example itinerary of what you can expect on one of your camps.
Please note -

There are scaled versions of all sessions for athletes of all levels

Daily sessions can change based upon weather etc

You do not have to attend/complete all sessions if you do not want to
Day 1 - Arrival
Arrival 2pm onwards
2-4pm

Group meet and greet
-
While our camps are all inclusive use this time to pick up any snacks/intra session fuelling/hydration you might need.
4-6pm
-
Flush the legs out with a 60min Zone 2 run along the beach
-
30min swim in the ocean (just a recovery dip to help post travel)
6:30pm Dinner

Enjoy an all inclusive buffet dinner provided by pour accomodation
Day 2 - Swim, Bike & Run
Morning Block

6am 8am- Swim Session (60-90min) - This will either be an open water or pool session

8am - Enjoy an all inclusive buffet breakfast provided by pour accomodation

9am -12pm - Threshold Bike Session (3 hours)
Midday Block Free Time

12pm - 4pm - relax, refuel recharge
Afternoon Block

4pm 6pm- Easy Run (60-90min) Zone 2 Trail run

6:30pm - Enjoy an all inclusive buffet dinner provided by pour accomodation
Day 3 - Double Swim Day
Morning Block

6am - Swim Session (90-120min) - This will either be an open water or pool session

9am - Enjoy an all inclusive buffet breakfast provided by pour accomodation

10am - 12pm Join us for a live episode of the Tri performance podcast with open Q&A
Midday Block Free Time

12pm - 3pm - relax, refuel recharge
Afternoon Block

4pm - Swim Session (90-120min) - This will either be an open water or pool session

6:30pm - Enjoy an all inclusive buffet dinner provided by pour accomodation
Day 4 - Race Endurance
Morning Block

6am - Enjoy an all inclusive buffet breakfast provided by pour accomodation

7:30am - 2:30pm - Endurance ride in the hills with race "tempo" intervals + run off the bike with race "tempo" efforts"
Afternoon Block

4pm 5pm - optional recovery swim (60min)

6:30pm - Enjoy an all inclusive buffet dinner provided by pour accomodation
Day 5 - Long Run Easy Bike

6am - Enjoy an all inclusive buffet breakfast provided by pour accomodation

8am - 10:30am - Long Trail Run
